We may be complaining about all the rain and grey weather but the daffodils this year are doing their very best to add colour and joy to our days. Everywhere you turn there is an absolute abundance of them - from verges to woodlands to garden borders. I know many people do not like yellow in their borders but it seems the one exception is daffodils and for good reason as they arrive when we most need some colour and hope for the arrival of spring.

Easter arrives early this year and our Virtual Spring Show happens to coincide with Easter weekend. We do hope you will find time to enter one or more of the show categories and send in your photos. If you will be travelling over the weekend please don't despair as we are happy to accept photos one week in advance of the deadline, Friday 3 April by 5pm. Show classes include stems of daffodils, tulips, pots of bulbs and a floral arrangement. Visit our Virtual Spring Show page by clicking here.
